Rotaract Club Sofia Center has 9 active members, part of Rotary International and together with Interact at 91 German Language High School are part of the family of Rotary Sofia Center, which is also their sponsor.

Among the most significant projects of the Club are the participation of initiatives such as "Flower in Hand", of which we are the founders, aimed at selling flowers on March 8, and all proceeds are donated to various charitable initiatives. Last year`s topic was "Flower in hand against reproductive problems", and this year`s - "Flower in hand for child patients".

"Buy and donate" is another project in which we participate aimed at donating basic necessities, and Swing Dance Workshop seminar on basic steps in swing dancing, and with the funds raised Rotaract Sofia-Center will provide quarterly training in swing dances for four students from 91 German Language High School "Prof. Konstantin Galabov!

In 2022. we plan the construction of a Japanese garden in Vartopo Park, the installation of first aid kits in Vitosha Nature Park, etc.

Rotaract is a youth program created and sponsored by Rotary for men and women between the ages of 18 and 30. Rotaract is an abbreviated form of the English phrase "Rotary in action" and helps build leadership skills in young people.

Rotaract in Bulgaria consists of 30 clubs in 19 towns, with more than 350 members and is part of a global effort to achieve peace and international understanding. This experience starts at the local level, but at the same time there are no limits to its spread.

Each Rotaract club is established in the service of society and is a member of Rotary International (the world association, which includes more than 35,000 Rotary clubs and nearly 11,000 Rotaract clubs).

The purpose of Rotaract is to enable young people to expand their knowledge and skills needed personally to address the material and social needs of their society, as well as to help make better contacts between people around the world through a network built on friendship and service to society.

Each Rotaract club holds periodic meetings (usually once a week) that take place in a diverse program - members discuss current social issues and project ideas; discuss the organization of inter-club events, lectures by specialists in various fields of social and professional life.
